Hi-Point - Innovation Achievement
It is with great pleasure to announce that Corus Hi-Point has been nationally recognised for Innovation in the Construction Products Association’s 2006 edition of Construction Products Innovation and Achievement (CPIA).
Corus Hi-Point achievement in the category of Innovation, is one of only 31 products nationwide, to be chosen for this year’s publication, which annually showcases the most innovative products and processes created by the construction products industry during the previous twelve months.
Commenting on the achievement, Simon Storer, External Affairs Director of Construction Products Association, said:
“The standard of new and exciting products from across the industry continues to raise the bar and this year is no exception. The industry has not always been good at trumpeting its own achievements. However, CPIA shows how the construction products industry is continuously developing and creating innovative products and processes which make a significant impact to the whole life cost cycle of a building.
CPIA 2006 looks at the contribution in four key areas of utmost importance to the construction industry: Health and Safety: Innovation: Natural Resource Management: and Energy and Carbon Saving and how the new products and processes within these categories bring benefits to users and customers alike, with improvements in production, delivery, installation and performance.
The subject of modern methods of construction is regularly discussed; the companies included in CPIA, show that they are regularly doing, what others are just talking about.”
